I think the new Tumblr Explore is a TERRIBLE replacement for the directory. It abolishes USER recommended blogs for “editor” recommended posts. Just who are these “editors” anyway? - who appointed them? Why should I care what they think? I prefer a more organic approach, bottom up instead of top down. Let the community decide what is interesting - Boo on Tumblr. I won’t be long for these waters.
